ADAM SANCHEZ is an active musician and educator based out of Southern California. He is currently the Percussion Director at Los Osos High School and the Battery Manager/Snare Tech at Etiwanda High School. Adam has also been on Staff at POW Percussion since 2022, serving both as a Snare Tech and Battery Coordinator.
Previously, he was the Percussion Director at Sunny Hills High School, Percussion Staff at Cerritos High School, Snare Tech at Bakersfield College Indoor Drumline, Snare Tech at Golden Empire Drum and Bugle Corps, and Snare Tech at Gold Drum and Bugle Corps.
Aside from the marching arts, Adam graduated from California State University, Fullerton in 2023 with his degree in Jazz/Commercial Music Studies, where he specialized in Drum Set Performance. During his time at CSUF, Adam learned from Grammy award winning composer and piano player Bill Cunliffe. He also studied privately in the drum set studios of Rodolfo Zuniga and Paul Kreibich. Adam is also on the Jazz Education Faculty at Los Osos High School and Etiwanda High School and continues to perform with various musicians from all walks of life.
Adam has performed with the Bakersfield College Indoor Drumline, Golden Empire Drum & Bugle Corps, the Boston Crusaders Drum & Bugle Corps, Pulse Percussion, and the Los Angeles Chargers Thunderbolts Drumline.
