Our newest Outreach Sponsor for 2019 is California State Band Championships. Thanks to their sponsorship this past summer, 100 students attended Drum Corps at the Rose Bowl free of charge. “This is just another example of how CSBC gives back to the music educators and their students,” according to Pacific Crest CEO, Stuart Pompel.
A program of Southwest Music Educators Association, CSBC sanctions 15-18 field band contests annually. Through their sponsorship of the CSBC Semifinals, Division Finals and Open Class Finals contests, the CSBC serves about 120 bands and 9,000 students annually! In addition, the organization gives prize money and grants to high school band programs.
