The Audition Process

To audition for Pacific Crest, you’ll complete this six-step process.

Step 1: Click here to complete an online application

Step 2: Stay by your computer. An auto-generated email will be sent to you with our Medical Information Form attached.

Step 3: Download and print the Medical Information Form attached to the email you receive.

Step 4: Complete the form, and mail it to us.

Step 5: Pay your $79 Registration Fee (if you’ are not a PC veteran member) and your camp fee ($50)

You can pay your fees online by clicking here, or you can send a check made payable to Pacific Crest with your Medical Information Form.

Step 6: Read the FAQs and other information about our season, training camps, and tuition

Do I audition at one single camp, or do I have to attend all of the camps?

You are expected to attend all of the camps that are scheduled for your particular section.  The audition process begins at the December Experience Camp, and while we offer a number of spots to students at the December Audition Weekend, some sections will not be completely filled until February. We want to give you the most opportunity possible to be successful. During our auditions we evaluate your talent, skill, physical condition, attendance, improvement, work ethic, and attitude.

Where are the camps held?

All of our camps from December through June take place at Diamond Bar High School, 21400 E. Pathfinder Rd., Diamond Bar, California, 91765. Click here for a map and to get driving directions.

What if I’m not sure about PC?

No worries. the December camps are a great way to challenge yourself and meet new friends who share your passion for performance excellence. In fact, we “staff up” to ensure that every performer walks away a better player. Use these camps to check us out, and if you decide PC isn’t for you, you’ll at least have had four amazing days of instruction.

What if I’m in the Tournament of Roses Honor Band and can’t attend the December camps?

Each year we have students who can’t attend our December camps our audition weekend because of the Rose Parade Honor Band. If this is your situation, we ask that you to provide a video audition to us. Please send an email so we can give you the details about this process. You’re first camp will be our January camp.
