Front Ensemble/Guard go directly to Lucas. Oil (Guard Bus)
White, Blue, abd Box to follow EQ truck to Lucas Oil
Brass/Battery to Military Park (Brass/Drum/Staff Bus)
2:15 PM Arrive at Military Park & Lucas Oil Stadium
Prop, Guard and Pit Warm-Up @ Lucas Oil
Brass/Battery Warm-Up @ Military Park
Depart Military Park for Lucas Oil
Arrive at Lucas Oil, unload, proceed to tunnel
4:50 PM Tunnel Check-In
5:15 PM Gate Time
5:20 PM Performance Time
5:37 PM End performance, pack and load.
6:50 PM TRUCKS LOCKED
Food on your own
Coaches and trucks move to auxiliary lot
8:50 PM Meet at the buses.
9:00 PM Depart for Hauser Jr/Sr High School
10:00 PM Arrive back at Housing/Shower
11:00 PM Lights Out.
