Tell us about your background and family.
My hometown is Fresno, California, but I was born in Denver, Colorado. I have two sisters: Bailey (older) and Kennedy (younger) and one older brother, Dan.
What brought you to Pacific Crest?
I auditioned for Pacific Crest in 2012 because I had auditioned at other places and I wanted to try something new. The first time I saw PC was in 2010 at the Clovis DCI show.
How did the Pacific Crest experience impact your life?
Pacific Crest completely changed me during my first season. My first season with the corps taught me how to work harder push myself pass my boundaries and comfort zone. The best part of my time at Pacific Crest was returning for a second season as section leader and getting the opportunity to help shape the experience for the members in my section.
Pacific Crest forever changed how I will approach any future goals or plans. It taught me to not doubt myself and to approach things with a much greater sense of confidence.
Who supported you in your decision to perform here?
My parents have always supported me. I also have such great support from my girlfriend of four years, Tayler. She has always pushed me to do drum corps and she encouraged me to return to Pacific Crest for the 2014 season.
Is there something you’d like others to know about Pacific Crest?
If I were to talk to anyone about Pacific Crest I would tell them that this corps offers an amazing world class experience.
