TERRY J. BLACKLEY joined the Board of Directors in 2014. Blackley brings to Pacific Crest his wide experience in teaching, directing, and building instrumental music programs as well as his administrative experience as the Dean of Fine Arts at Fullerton College for 25 years.
As founder of Forum Music Festivals in California, he used his business skills as president of this student-based business for 14 years. After founding Musical Theatre Competitions of America, Inc.® and serving as current president, he continues to be dedicated to helping music and theater students hone their performance skills.
Mr. Blackley graduated from the University of Michigan and looks forward to supporting the outstanding instructors and the talented students of Pacific Crest.
