Troy J. Botello, Ph.D., was and is personally motivated by the skills and experiences he learned by marching, instructing, organizing, composing for, and participating in, several drum corps and bands from California. Professionally working as an arts administrator for a series of small, medium and large non-profit organizations, has made him realize just how important lessons learned on the field have impacted and guided his career and life.
