2018 Design Team

As we near our 25th anniversary, Pacific Crest is pleased to announce the design team for our 2018 season.

Steven Estudillo is returning to lead the team as our 2018 Program Coordinator. Doug Thrower returns as our Brass Arranger, and Jonathan Zuniga as our Front Ensemble and Electronics Arranger and Composer.

New to the team is Ezekiel Lanser, who replaces Pete Lucero as our battery percussion arranger and composer. We also eagerly welcome Glen Crosby, our 2018 Program Consultant.

After six years with Pacific Crest, Seth Murphy (2017 Program and Staff Coordinator) resigned to focus on his band program at Arcadia High School and his young family. Seth filled a number of roles at Pacific Crest, and his work will be spread to Steven and our 2018 Staff Coordinator, Matt Lackey, who returns to Pacific Crest after a one-year hiatus. A music ensemble coordinator will be named at a later date.

“We are so grateful to Pete and Seth,” explained Executive Director Stuart Pompel. “Their dedication and work have helped position Pacific Crest for much future success. And I look forward to seeing how the 2018 design team builds on their work to bring a great production to the field in 2018.”
