Leadership Camps

Effectively lead your peers, develop strong rehearsal strategies, and foster a positive and inclusive culture within your music program. Our camps combine hands-on activities, discussion-based learning, and research-backed leadership principles to prepare you for success in you role. Gain practical tools and strategies to bring leadership excellence back to your school.

A four-day interactive experience with Pacific Crest. This unparalleled opportunity provides you with firsthand insight into the dedication, discipline, and teamwork required at the highest level of marching arts. From conducting the corps to playing alongside world-class performers, this camp offers an experience like no other, leaving you with inspiration, new skills, and a deeper appreciation for leadership in music.

Camps are commuter only, and take place from 1:00 pm – 8:30 pm each day (check-in at 12:30 pm).

LeadershipINTENSIVE is a jam-packed collaborative experience, focused on the leadership, communication, and culture building tools you can take back to your band to your school. And these can take place closer to you and your community.
