REHEARSALS AND TOUR
Meals are served by Pacific Crest, and overnight housing is provided on Saturday night in the school gymnasium. No housing provided on the Friday night prior.

Spring Training
Move-In Day is Saturday, June 6. Details will be provided later. You will remain with Pacific Crest through the Drum Corps International World Championships on Saturday, August 8.
Fly Home Sunday, August 9
After our banquet in Indianapolis, IN, on August 9 (10 am – 12 pm), Pacific Crest will drop eveyrone at the airport around 12:30 pm
Do you have school rehearsals or other academic obligations that conflict with the dates above?
During your academic year, school comes first. Accommodations can be made, but communication is key. For more details, review the School Conflicts section of the Program Participant Handbook
Or does your academic year extend beyond June 1?
You will want to request early final exams and an earlier last day of school, if at all possible. Our CEO can provide a letter confirming your participation.
