PCYAO Board Elects Annie Kveton as President

February 17, 2026

The PCYAO Board of Directors is proud to announce it has elected Pacific Crest alum and long-time Board Member Antoinette (Annie) Kveton as Board President.

Annie’s history with Pacific Crest dates back to 2008, her first year in the color guard. After aging out in 2010, she spent several years as a color guard educator, working with Pacific Crest and several high school groups across Southern California.

Since 2013, Annie has had a huge impact on the organization’s operations, educational programs, and alumni network. After serving as the corps’ Tour Manager/Administrative Assistant, she served as a leadership clinician at PC’s annual leadership camps from 2016-2023. She was elected to the Board of Directors in 2017 as the Alumni Representative, and formed the Alumni Committee of Pacific Crest, serving as chair from 2019-2025. At the Board of Directors’ Annual Meeting on January 18, 2026, she was elected as Board President.

Annie is joined by the 2026 officers of the Board:

Vice President – Elizabeth Acosta
Secretary – Mariam Kaddoura
Treasurer – Diana Marie Petersen

She succeeds Jesus Holguin, who served as Board President for the past two years. Annie expressed gratitude for her predecessor’s leadership, noting that “his passion for the activity and love of Pacific Crest is inspirational, and great fuel to feed off of in the next two years.” She also congratulated Dakota Chavez, the new Chair of the Alumni Committee of Pacific Crest. “Working with Dakota since the inauguration of the committee has been a joy, and I’m looking forward to seeing the committee’s next chapter with him holding the reins.”

Reflecting on her own journey, Annie added, “When I first auditioned for Pacific Crest, I had no idea that my involvement would lead to a seat on the Board of Directors. Marching here gave me so much, and I am thankful that I’ve been able to find ways to give back over the last two decades. Needless to say, I’m excitedly looking forward to how I can continue to #ReptheCrest.”
