Lauren Byrne
Color Guard Instructor
LAUREN BYRNE began her color guard career in 2013 with the Blue Springs Golden Regiment Marching Band and winter guard. She continued her performance career after high school with the Missouri State University PRIDE Marching Band and Pride of Missouri State winter guard. Lauren also marched with The Academy DBC in 2018 and 2019, the Bluecoats in 2021, and the Bluecoats Alumni Corps in 2022. As a staff member, Lauren has served as Color Guard Director at Branson High School (2020 – present), Choreographer and Technician with the Missouri State PRIDE Color Guard Program (2021 – present), as well as a technician with The Academy DBC (2022).
Outside of the marching arts world, Lauren has received her Bachelors of Science in Geology with a minor in Sustainability and is currently pursuing her second undergraduate degree for Interior Design. She currently works as a bartender and mixologist at the Alamo Drafthouse.
