LUIS GARCIA graduated from California State University of Fullerton with an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering. He resides in Orange County, CA, working full-time as a mechanical engineer.
Luis has performed with Golden Empire DBC, Bakersfield College Indoor Drumline, Pacific Crest, POW Percussion, and Pulse Percussion. He works with POW percussion and Blue Stars DBC as a battery instructor. Luis has worked with many high schools in the Bakersfield area and the Santa Clara Vanguard Cadets for their 2022 season.
