Donations of Stock
Pacific Crest accepts donations of stock. Some people hold stock from an inheritance; some have experienced good fortune with their investments. Either way, donating stock instead of cash provides a double-benefit by avoiding capital gains tax while enjoying the tax deduction for that gift.
