Percussion Caption Head Pete Lucero has tapped Jeremy Beck to lead Pacific Crest’s Front Ensemble. Jeremy performed with RCC and the Blue Devils, and taught the front ensemble at Blue Devils B from 2009 through 2013.
Pacific Crest’s front ensemble gets a make-over for 2015. As a recent performer with one of the World’s top drum corps and winter percussion programs, and a successful instructor with an Open Class powerhouse, Jeremy is poised to take our front ensemble to a new level of excellence.
His recent graduation from the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences means that Pacific Crest will also have an in-house expert in electronics design and audio engineering.
Beck has asked 2014 front ensemble tech, Dalia Berman, to return in 2015. A third instructor will be announced soon.
Percussionists interested in learning more should plan to attend Pacific Crest’s December Experience Camp/Auditions.
